Pridefest 2012 Tickets Available Now!

  Purchasing your Tickets online provides convenience to those of us who are always on the run! Take this opportunity and get your Pridefest weekend tickets here at our special price of $40! That's a huge savings if you go to each event separately!

  After buying your ticket(s), you will receive a confirmation voucher by email.  Make sure to print your confirmation voucher after making your purchase and present it at the time you will pick up your tickets.

  After purchasing your tickets online, you may pick up your tickets at any of our events taking place during our 5 Days of Pride from June 6th-June 10th. Also, you can exchange your Ticket(s) for your Pridefest Bracelet during these dates.

Please remember:
  • Tickets will NOT be mailed to your address.
  • Only the person whose name is on the  confirmation voucher/email receipt may pick up tickets.
  • Your photo ID or Driver's License must be shown on pick-up.
  • The credit card used for the purchase.
  • Your Receipt number.

DoubleTree is our Host Hotel!

   The Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Downtown El Paso will be offering great rates for Pride Weekend!  This will be the 5th year in a row that this hotel serves as our official host for Pridefest.
  Pride Code has not been set up yet, but here are the details: 

  • If you book a room BEFORE May 25th from Thursday, June 7th thru Sunday, June 10th, you will get the special PRIDE RATE of $72.00 per night!
  •  Rates will go up for Reservations made AFTER May 25th!
  • Rooms are limited so make your arrangements as soon as possible!

We are very excited to announce our upcoming El Paso Sun City Pride Pageant! This contest is to see who wins the title of Mr. and Miss El Paso Sun City Pride!

  • Winner will receive a ‎$200.00 Cash Prize as well as Pridefest VIP Benefits!

  • Presentation: the theme is "Carnival" so let your mind run wild!
  • On stage Q & A
  • Evening Wear / Formal wear
  • Prove Your Talent
  • There will be a $10 registration fee to be able to participate!
 
 Note:
  • Rehearsal will be on June 2nd, from 5pm to 8pm!
  • Check-In is at 8:00pm. 10 point deduction if Late!
  • Pageant will begin at 10:00pm!

El Paso Sun City Pride Scholarships!

  Need money to pay for college tuition? Apply for one of the El Paso Sun City Pride Scholarships! We have thousands of dollars to award for this upcoming 2012 semester! Download your application below!

  • Applications will be available from May 1st through May 25th.
  • Completed applications must be turned in at the Tool Box Bar with any bartender located on 506 N. Stanton, 79901. 
  • More than one Scholarship will be awarded so take the time to apply!
  • Recipients will be recognized on the Pridefest Main Stage on Saturday June 9th, 2012.
